Fire Emergency Drill
Summer is a season with a high frequency of fires. Each disaster causes significant losses to individuals and society. Currently, public awareness of fire prevention remains relatively low, with many believing that fires are a distant concern. However, in the event of a fire, knowing how to respond correctly—how to extinguish it, evacuate safely, and minimize damage—is essential for everyone.
To enhance all employees' knowledge of fire safety and their ability to respond and self-rescue in emergencies, strengthen their awareness and sense of responsibility regarding fire safety, and improve their capacity to handle unexpected incidents, our company recently conducted a fire emergency drill and a self-rescue drill for injuries involving special equipment.
1. Learn about and practice using fire extinguishers and fire hydrants.
2. Master basic evacuation techniques at fire scenes.
3. Identify and eliminate fire hazards in work and living environments.
The emergency drill scenario simulated a fire breaking out during working hours. Employees practiced correctly evacuating to a safe location and using fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and other firefighting equipment to control the fire.
Safety Knowledge Competition
To fully implement safety initiatives, continuously improve all employees' safety knowledge, and achieve the goal of "everyone talks about safety, everyone can handle emergencies," our company recently held a "Safety Knowledge Competition."
The competition awarded one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes. Winners received certificates of honor and corresponding prizes. Colleagues across the company actively participated!
Workplace Experience – Embracing the True Spirit of Youth
In mid-July, led by Vice Dean Fan Ruiyun of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Yunnan Energy Vocational and Technical College, two students from the college came to our company for a seven-day social practice activity. Prior to the activity, our company provided training to the two students on company overview, attendance policies, and safety production knowledge.
On the second day of the practice activity, a delegation led by Ou Xihai, Deputy Mayor of Shuifu Municipal Government, and Chen Zhigang, President of Yunnan Energy Vocational and Technical College, along with nine others, visited our company to meet and encourage the two students. Guided by Deputy General Manager Yin Yaofeng, the delegation gained a deeper understanding of our company's production and operational status. During the visit, Deputy General Manager Yin patiently explained to President Chen, Deputy Mayor Ou, and the accompanying teachers the detailed internship plan arranged for the two students. President Chen remarked that our arrangements were highly practical and thoughtful and expressed hope for establishing a friendly cooperative relationship with our company in the future.

The social practice activity not only provided students with workplace experience, helping them develop a reasonable outlook on employment, but more importantly, allowed them to gain practical experience beyond textbooks, adding value to their future studies and lives. At the same time, this social practice promotes closer cooperation between enterprises and schools and enhances communication and exchange between the company and various departments and educational institutions.
