On October 23rd, Xia Jiming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Qianzhou Subdistrict in Wuxi’s Huishan District, led a team of government officials and entrepreneur representatives to visit the headquarters of Shenzhen Yulong for investigation and research.
