2023 Mid-Year Performance Review Meeting-Debriefing Meetings-To better review the work of the first half of 2023, summarize experiences and achievements, learn from past lessons and shortcomings, and clarify the work direction and plans for the second half of the year, our company successfully held the 2023 Mid-Year Performance Review Meeting on July 28th. The meeting took place both in the conference room of the Wuxi company and via the Tencent Meeting platform. Attendees included General Manager Tu Yulong, Deputy General Manager Wei Xin, Deputy General Manager Yin Yaofeng, Automation General Manager Li Qiang, directors of various business divisions, and heads of all departments. The meeting was presided over by Human Resources and Administration Director Zhang Zhibin.
Debriefing Meetings
During the meeting, heads of all departments presented their debriefings, focusing on work completion for the first half of 2023, existing issues, and future plans. They summarized their work, identified problems, and proposed plans, submitting distinctive reports supported by data and detailed graphic materials. Relevant departments and respective leaders then posed questions and provided comments based on each department's presentation, acknowledging achievements while pointing out issues and offering targeted suggestions.
Through each department's work summary reports and mutual exchanges following individual presentations, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the work of other departments, enhancing the company's cohesion and laying a solid foundation for better work execution in the second half of the year.
Debriefing Meetings
Finally, General Manager Tu Yulong summarized the company's work for the first half of 2023, commented on the achievements made, and analyzed the current challenges facing the company. He emphasized the deployment of targets for the second half of the year, addressed existing issues in the current work, and clarified responsible parties for implementation. He urged the entire company to unite and explore all possible solutions to resolve problems. By focusing on improving execution in the second half of the year, he expressed confidence that the annual goals and objectives would undoubtedly be achieved.
At the end of the meeting, General Manager Tu shared a quote from the Tao Te Ching: "Diligence overcomes laziness; righteousness overcomes desire. Know the masculine, but keep to the feminine," encouraging everyone to reflect on these words together.
