Yulong's fourth and final training session of the first Project Management Training Program was successfully completed at the Xuancheng project site. Xuancheng, a city historically renowned for its imperial-quality Xuan paper, is also where Yulong is currently executing two simultaneous projects. Choosing this location to conclude the training program felt destined, as if foreshadowing that the participants of this first cohort will compose a new chapter in Yulong's development.
The objectives behind the company's decision to launch this project management training were:

With the conclusion of this training session, the above objectives have been preliminarily achieved through the four training modules. The next step is for the participants to apply the knowledge gained to real-world projects and mentor other motivated colleagues to grow together.
