To better build a talent pipeline and meet the needs of the company's rapid development, as well as to enhance the project management capabilities, comprehensive coordination skills, and teamwork abilities of the company's project management personnel and key business staff, the company has organized the Project Management Advanced Training Program. The program officially kicked off on September 16th, aiming to create Yulong Intelligent's very own "First Huangpu Class," dedicated to providing more professional and higher-quality services to our clients.

Participants in the project management training were selected through departmental recommendations and evaluated in a dedicated company meeting, comprising core talents of the company. Over the course of four months, the training will be conducted through four intensive sessions to achieve the following goals:
1. Provide organizational, talent, and methodological support for project success and revenue growth.
2. Cultivate a group of project managers and key personnel who master professional project management methodologies.
3. Establish an internal standard project management methodology and use it to guide projects.
4. Minimize the impact of personnel changes on projects through project management standardization.
5. Improve project performance in scope, schedule, cost, and quality, thereby increasing project success rates.
6. Elevate the organization's project management maturity level to the standardized level (Level 1).

Before the training officially began, General Manager Tu Yulong delivered an opening speech, analyzing the industry background in which the company operates and outlining the company's future plans. He then expressed expectations for the participants: as core talents being groomed by the company, they should continuously learn new knowledge, delve deeper into their fields, and drive innovation, working together with the company to reach new heights.

Deputy General Managers Wei Xin and Yin Yaofeng, Finance Director Wang Qianqian, and Human Resources and Administration Director Zhang Zhibin participated in this training session.
